Technical Characteristics

1-Profile raw material provides longer strength to UV ray.

2-Profiles which form the system are in TS 5358 EN12608 standards.

3-Profile crate height is 64mm, widenes is 60mm.

4-Door-wing height is 105mm, wideness is 60mm

5-All main profiles in system are with 4 rooms

6-Main profiles ‘ bottom , upper thichkness is 2,5 mm, near dorr thickness is 2,2 mm.

7-Glass lath is with single firgernail .It is with white profile TPE grey joint, lamineted profile TPE black joint.

8-It is produced under ISO 9001-2000 Quality security system

9-Every joint is suitable to EN 12365.Derz insulation is provided with two joints from inside and outside.

10-Glass thickness which will be used is 20 mm, 24mm, 30mm

11-Tackles (ispanyolet etc) which will be used in system have RAL document which shows its suitabilitiy to German Plastic Wİndow Quality Union Standards

12-LAcking distant of ispanyolet pins is planned 13mm with the aim of increasing security by approaching much more to profile axis.

13-Hinges have tied and cleft pins.By doing wing-hinge connection with 2 screws in wings, with 4 special plastic screws in dorrs, crate connection was provided with 3 screws.Wing screws pass from curtain included outside door.Connection screws are not seen from outside
